Returns Policy

The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you should contact the store by telephone 0161 819 5395. If the order has not been processed for dispatch we will refund the value of your purchase and the cost of post and packaging. If the order has already been processed but not dispatched we will refund the value of your purchase less the charge for post and packing.

Returns

Once the order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 working days of receiving them for a refund or exchange.

The customer must contact the store by telephone 0161 819 5395 or by email to sales@luvyababes.co.uk and obtain a RGA (Return Goods Authority) that must be clearly marked on the returned package.

Items for refund must be returned in their original shipped condition and original packaging if possible. If the item or packaging is in anyway damaged or missing we may refuse a refund. Outbound post and packaging costs cannot be refunded.

The package must then be returned to:

Luvyababes, Unit X, Marsden Way, Manchester Arndale, Manchester M4 3AB.

We advise that you use Royal Mail's signed for delivery service or Special Delivery service if the item is valuable.

Faulty Goods

Should an item be faulty you should contact the store by telephone on 0161 819 5395 or by email to sales@luvyababes.co.uk and obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authority).

You will be asked the reason for the return and also whether the item has been used.

The goods should be returned to:

Luvyababes, Unit X, Marsden Way, Manchester Arndale, Manchester M4 3AB.

We advise that you use Royal Mail's signed for delivery service or Special Delivery service if the item is valuable.

We shall have no liability for defects arising from fair wear and tear, negligence, misuse, alteration to or wilful damage of the items.

You can rest assured that we at Luvyababes are continually striving for 100% customer satisfaction. However, mistakes sometimes happen, often beyond our control. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please talk to us! We will do everything we can to rectify the problem.

We conform to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
