When you have found an item you are interested in, click on it for more information. To add it to your Basket, select your preferred option if any (size, colour, etc) and click the "Add" button. The item will now be listed in your Basket. Any associated products will also be listed, but not actually added. You may now continue to browse these or any other products at leisure, adding them to your Basket as you wish. You may also amend your basket as necessary. Please note that the "Save" button is disabled since activating this will make stock unavailable for others to purchase. Likewise, the "Load" button is also disabled.

Any items added to your Basket will be put on reserve for you and held for 30 minutes. If you fail to complete your transaction within this time, the items will be released and you will have to add them again. This prevents people from adding low stock items to their Baskets and then leaving their computers for whatever reason, so denying others from purchasing those items. A message is displayed above your Basket informing you of this.

When you are ready to finalise your purchases simply click the "Checkout" button. To make a purchase, you must be logged in as a registered customer. First time customers and registered customers who are not logged in alike will be taken to the "Login for registered users" page. If you are a first time customer, you must click the "New Users register here" link and complete the form. This is where you enter your credit/debit card details. Please be assured that any information entered here is encrypted and, once your payment is confirmed, deleted. No card details are ever stored. When you have entered your details click the "Complete Order" button. If there is an error a warning message will be displayed next to the relevant field. We emply "3D Card Verification" which means that, if your card issuer is a member of this scheme, you will be taken to a further screen where you can verify your card details with your issuer before finalising your purchase with us:

Order Successful:

On completion you will be taken to our final page which will display your order reference number which you should make a note of. You will also receive an email confirming your order with us. You may now continue shopping or log off using the relevant link. When your order has been picked, you will receive a further email confirming that it has either been dispatched or it is ready for collection, depending on your preferred delivery option.

At any time you may log in to your account to view your order history, make changes to your personal and address details or opt in or out of mailing list. You can even credit your account with any amount you wish for future use.

Our website uses real time stock levels based on the stock held at our physical shop. As items are sold both instore and online, the stock level is adjusted immediately. Simply put, if you can add an item to your Basket it is in stock.

Items out of stock carry a message to inform you and in most cases will show an estimated re-order time. If an item is out of stock, please call us and we can advise you.

All product pictures are used with the permission of the Copyright holder. Luvyababes makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions are accurate and that the latest images are used to give a true and proper representation of the item for sale.
