Our Next Day Delivery option is guaranteed before 5pm next working day (Mon - Fri, excluding bank holidays) and is available to UK mainland addresses only. Northern Ireland and offshore UK addresses must allow 1 extra day when using this option.

IMPORTANT CHANGE - PLEASE READ!

Due to the extremely busy period in the lead up to Halloween, your order must be received before 10am on Thursday 28th October to ensure you receive your goods in time for the weekend. Orders received before 10am on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders received after 10am Friday, any time Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. We will send you an email confirmation to notify you when your order has been dispatched.

The fee is a one-off payment regardless of the size, value or number of items of your order.

A signature is required so please make sure that somebody is available at your designated delivery address to receive your package. If you know that nobody will be available, you can either specify an alternative delivery address on our Delivery Information page (e.g. your work address) or ask us to "try a near neighbour" in the Special Instructions field (near neighbour means adjacent to the specified delivery address - you may specify the house number if you wish).

Please note that we cannot deliver your goods without a signature so instructions to leave the parcel anywhere other than with a person will be ignored.

If there is nobody available to sign for the item, a card will be left at the delivery address with instructions on what to do next. Undelivered mail will be held for 21 days and then returned to us which may incur a further cost. We therefore reserve the right to apply an additional £7.50 return carriage and administration fee for such items.
