If you're ordering on Thursday past our cut off time or Friday and need it for Saturday this will guranatee it's arrival for Saturday.

Click & Collect

In response to the COVID-19 we've began offering Click & Collect in branches. At the moment we're only offering this in our Nottingham branch. However we will always try to accomodate the customer. Please e-mail for any enquries and we'll see what we can do.

Delivery to non UK destinations depends on:

  1. The destination country
  2. The weight of the parcel
  3. The size of the parcel

Please call or email us and we will gladly quote you a delivery price for your item(s).

What Happens if it Goes Wrong

On almost all occasions your order will arrive safe and sound and on time. If, however, it arrives damaged, or not at all, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We retain proof of posting and will make a claim for compensation on your behalf. If the goods have arrived damaged, please retain the packaging and contents for inspection - we will advise on how to return them to us. Late deliveries may also qualify for compensation. Please note that the level of compensation is dependent on your chosen delivery option. All goods leave Luvyababes in appropriate packaging and a non-damaged state, and as such Luvyababes will not be held responsible for items deemed "lost" or "broken in transit" but will happily claim for compensation on the customer's behalf via the appropriate carrier.

All Deliveries Must Be Signed For

When choosing UK Standard or UK Next Day please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to sign for your goods. If you think you may not be at home, perhaps you should consider changing your delivery address to a work address or that of a neighbour - you can do this on the "Delivery Information" page as you checkout.Please use the Special Instructions area to let us know any further details about the delivery address eg. place of work so may need to leave at reception / apartment residence so may need to leave with concierge and/or any other relevant information.

Please note that we cannot deliver your goods without a signature so instructions to leave the parcel anywhere other than with a person will be ignored.

If there is nobody available to sign for the item, a card will be left at the delivery address with instructions on what to do next. Undelivered mail will be held for 21 days and then returned to us which may incur a further cost. We therefore reserve the right to apply an additional £7.50 return carriage and administration fee for such items.

The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you should contact the store by telephone 0161 819 5395. If the order has not been processed for dispatch we will refund the value of your purchase and the cost of post and packaging. If the order has already been processed but not dispatched we will refund the value of your purchase less the charge for post and packing.


Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 working days of receiving them for either a refund or an exchange. The customer is responsible for the return cost.

Items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging. If the item is in any way damaged or items are missing we may refuse a refund. The cost of Special Delivery postage will not be refunded.

Hosiery, Wigs and Cosmetics

We can only offer returns of hosiery, wigs and cosmetics if the packaging is unopened, due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged Goods

If you find items damaged or faulty, we allow 30 days to return the products for a refund. After the 30 days period we will offer to replace the goods. The cost of returning the damaged goods will be reimbursed, subject to receiving a copy of the receipt for the postage cost.

We advise that you use Royal Mail’s Signed For delivery service or Special Delivery service if the item is valuable.

The method of refunding payment will be the same as used when purchasing the item originally. If a credit card payment was made the refund will be processed to the same credit card. If a voucher was used, you shall receive a reimbursement in the form of a voucher.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

Should an item be faulty you should contact the store by telephone on 0161 819 5395 or by email to and obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authority).

You will be asked the reason for the return and also whether the item has been used.

We advise that you use Royal Mail's signed for delivery service or Special Delivery service if the item is valuable.

We shall have no liability for defects arising from fair wear and tear, negligence, misuse, alteration to or wilful damage of the items.

Why you can feel secure shopping with us

When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.

Industry leading transaction security

All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Internationally recognised encryption and data storage

Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Private network links to banks

SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

Employee access

No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
